PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Randy Cude is an Executive Vice President of Spectrum CRE ™, a commercial brokerage, property management, and investment advisory service firm specializing in industrial, retail, office, and ground-up development real estate.

Prior to working at Spectrum CRE ™. Randy was one of NAI Capital’s top producing brokers and Seniors Vice President of the LA North office located in Valencia, California. Today, as Executive Vice President of Spectrum CRE ™, Randy specializes in institutional portfolio management and the leasing, acquisitions, development, and dispositions of commercial real estate.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Randy was raised in the Real Estate Industry through his father. He spent many of his younger days working on construction projects where he learned about real estate from the ground up. He has been a licensed real estate broker for almost thirty-five years and has substantial regional market expertise in commercial sales, leasing, institutional portfolio management, and foreclosures.

Randy is a leading expert on the submarkets in the San Clarita and Antelope valleys. During his extensive career, he has represented a broad range of organizations and has been involved with thousands of assignments.

Randy, as a local expert, has been recognized by Santa Clarita Valley Economic Development Corporation and Santa Clarita Valley Business Journal with multiple awards for his outstanding performance in the industry. 

Throughout his career, Randy represented tenants and landlords and has been involved in the planning and development of ground-up retail projects. He has leased spaces to regional and national retail brands such as Yoshinoya, Waba Grill, 7-11, Carl’s Jr., Starbucks, Menchie’s Baja Fresh, Little Caesars, Domino’s Pizza, Chronic Tacos, IHOP, Cycle Up, Walgreens, Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, Vallarta Market and more.

In addition, Randy has been instrumental in the evaluation, sales, property management and marketing of hundreds of properties for more than twenty-five institutional lenders such as Fannie Mae, Freddy Mac, EMC Mortgage and Coast Federal, with thousands of market evaluations completed. Lenders and Landlords depend on him for their acquisition, marketing,  and maintenance needs and for the continue improvement of their portfolios.
