BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Connor Quan is a Senior Associate at Spectrum CRE ™ who has a unique background in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Spectrum CRE ™, Connor’s interest in the real estate industry began at The University of Arizona, when he joined the Commercial Real Estate Club. Connor then externed with John Drachman of Stillwater Investment Group, and later interned with Peach Properties in Tucson, Arizona. Connor gained additional experience when he interned at Father Financial in Hong Kong and Evans Hotels in San Diego, California.

Connor’s goal is to provide outstanding service to his clients as he works under Spectrum CRE ™ Founder and Executive Managing Director Yair Haimoff and Managin Director Randy Cude. Conner first joined the team at Spectrum CRE ™ as an intern. During this time, he analyzed commercial properties for potential investment and researched acquiring core-plus and value-add assets. After he received his commercial real estate license, Connor became involved in multiple transactions, as well as listing in which he represented both landlords and tenants for retail, industrial, and office properties. In addition, he provides expertise to buyers, sellers, and investors in order to achieve their strategic goals.
