As a Senior Vice President of Spectrum CRE ®, Andrew Ghassemi is part of a dynamic team which leverages the collective knowledge, skills, and experience of each member for the benefit of their clients. With Agency and Occupier representation, Andrew and his team deliver an array of services to aid in the ownership and operation of commercial real estate in both local and national markets.

Andrew started his real estate career on the corporate side of VIACOM before making the leap to join the more challenging brokerage side of the industry at NAI Capital. He has moved his entire team to Spectrum CRE ®, affording new opportunities and unique services to the team’s clients, as they represent both landlords and tenants and leverage a national corporate services practice. Andrew’s success in the commercial real estate industry was affirmed when he was recognized as the Power Broker of the Year by the Santa Clarita Economic Development Corporation.

Andrew and his team deliver a comprehensive directory of commercial real estate services, including strategic planning and consulting, site selection, new construction development, investment sales, leasing, project management, finance, valuation, and portfolio sales.
