Ron Kassan is the Executive Vice President for the Encino Office of Spectrum Commercial Real Estate Inc.

Before joining Spectrum CRE®, Ron worked for Beitler Commercial Realty Services for thirty-five years. Since joining that firm in 1989, Ron has enjoyed a successful and distinguished career. At Beitler, Ron rose from Top Salesman to Executive Managing Director. While managing the Beitler organization, Ron maintained his title of Top Salesman and proudly designed and implemented Beitler’s first Sales Apprenticeship Program, wherein he taught new agents every aspect of the art of Commercial/Industrial Real Estate. Ron has hired and trained over 40 agents using the manual he authored called the “Smart Brokerage Business Manual”. e.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Beitler, Ron was the Vice President for an international trading company with offices in Tokyo and San Diego. Ron still holds a position as an honorary director for the Company UTECO Japan LTD. Ron speaks conversational Japanese. Ron is the brainchild of AvailableWarehouses.com group. This innovative and popular website attracts a large number of sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants, all seeking information on listed and unlisted properties and real estate opportunities. The Available Warehouses group has a combined total of forty-five years of real estate experience and has completed over one billion dollars in leased and sold commercial and industrial real estate transactions.
