He also represents Catalina Yachts, the world’s largest sailboat builder, leasing or selling them over 20 properties in the Valley.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Gordon J. Mace has been active in industrial real estate in the San Fernando Valley for 29 years. He received his degree in marketing from San Jose State University. He began his career in 1973 as the manager of the Ashwill-Burke Valley office, where he was the top producer for all eight years. For the next eight years, Gordon headed up his own company, Gordon J. Mace and Associates, before coming to Beitler Commercial Realty Services, where he has practice real estate since 1989. In his career, Gordon has been responsible for more than $500 million worth of real estate transactions. He has represented many major commercial companies in the San Fernando Valley. He represents exclusively The Cherokee Group, and has leased or sold them 600,000 square feet of space in the past 14 years. Another exclusive client, Catalina Yachts, is the largest sailboat builder in the world. Gordon has leased or sold Catalina Yachts over 20 buildings in the San Fernando Valley. During the late 80’s, Gordon represented many of the major developers, including the Voit Companies, Dunn Properties and the Sammis Co. Gordon’s other exclusive clients have included Morgan Stanley of New York, The Walters Corporation of Florida, Glendale Federal Savings & Loan of Glendale, Dean Witter Corporation and many other major corporations. Gordon’s impressive past and current client roster also includes industry giants like the Voit Companies, Dunn Properties and the Sammis Co., Morgan Stanley of New York, The Walters Corporation of Florida, Glendale Federal Savings & Loan, and the Dean Witter Corporation.
