Chris Alihemmat is a Vice President in investment sales for Spectrum CRE® specializing in retail leasing throughout Southern California, utilizing his experience in sales representation. With a focus on restaurants, he brings his immeasurable experience working alongside some of the most respected regional brands in the industry and a myriad of knowledge as a franchisee of multiple national QSR brands, including Church’s Chicken and Yum Brands. Leveraging his operational experience, Chris grew his landlord representation business, which includes executing successful lease transactions and representing QSR brands, shopping centers, mixed-use, and high-street retail properties. Chris brings a valuable perspective to all of his clients and has proven his expertise in the industry as it relates to drive-thru restaurant repositioning.
Prior to joining Spectrum CRE®, Chris worked for Commercial Brokers International, where he was one of the leading agents working on assisting landlords to re-tenant or redevelop their sites creative value with stronger, higher profile tenants. Additionally, he worked on building relationships with tenants, mainly restaurant operators, to help expend their business. Chris represented buyers for 1031 Exchanges across the country, helping investors increase their monthly cash flow and protect their value by locating stable, long-term tenants at higher value.
