BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Arthur’s journey in commercial real estate began as the marketing director for Beitler Commercial Realty Services. His exceptional
talent was quickly noticed, leading to a rapid advancement into Commercial Real Estate Brokerage. At Beitler, Arthur was
consistently honored as the company’s most outstanding “Agent of the Year.” Before joining Beitler, Arthur honed his skills working for a general contractor on public works projects, where he handled challenges related to zoning, licensing, permit approvals, and title restrictions. He frequently collaborated with city officials and building owners, bridging the gap between local government and small businesses. Arthur graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge, with dual bachelor’s degrees in marketing and economics. He is an active member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association. He participates in community organizations such as the Granada Hills Chamber of Commerce, The Armenian General Benevolent Union of Young Professionals, and The Armenian Professional Society.
