Prior to working at Spectrum CRE ®, Matt was one of NAI Capital’s top producing brokers of the LA North office located in Valencia, California. Today, as vice president of Spectrum CRE ®, Matt specializes in representing both landlords and tenants with acquisition, and disposition of office and industrial properties in Southern California.
Matt brings with him vast experience and knowledge in sales, marketing, and promotions of office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties.
