PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Stan Gerson serves as an Executive Vice President at Spectrum CRE® with over forty-five years of commercial real estate experience. His background and knowledge in business and commercial real estate has given him the opportunity to serve clients and understand their needs.

Stan leases and sells retail, office, warehouses and land. Stan is also a world class professional magician and a performing member of the World-Famous Hollywood Magic Castle and London England Magic Circle.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Stan Started his business career and became one of the top national Salesman for Bristol Meyers Corporation.

He started a furniture business that expanded to Twelve 10,000 square foot locations in California and Arizona. He experienced leasing, purchasing and building all the locations.

After building and selling the furniture business, Stan entered the Commercial Real Estate Business in San Diego, CA, working for a local company and then after one year, started his own commercial real estate company which he ran for 16 years. He sold the business and moved to Los Angeles in 1996 and has been doing commercial real estate mainly in the San Fernando Valley.
