BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Christopher Raczynski has had his real estate license since 1986. When he started his career, he worked for a commercial/multifamily real estate appraisal firm for 3 years. He worked there as an associate commercial appraiser. He specialized in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas during this time.

Christopher then went on to work for Fidelity National Title/Commonwealth Land Title Company. Since joining the company, he has been in the national commercial title industry for 24 years. He handles and takes care of large multifamily developers and investors in this role. He has thoroughly developed his skill set in this field while working with automotive dealership owners, gas station owners, industrial real estate developers, and national medical office/health care developers. Christopher has extensive experience in reviewing purchase and sale agreements, as well as handling the escrow process and closing deals. He is also well-versed in complicated title issues, which comes in handy whenever tittle-escrow problems arise.

Christopher is part of the Automotive Group at Spectrum Commercial Real Estate, Inc., and he is knowledgeable in the development of and investment in automotive dealerships and gas stations. Christopher and his team look forward to meeting your automotive real estate needs.
