As an Associate of Spectrum CRE, Alan DiFatta is part of a dynamic team, which leverages the collective knowledge, skills, and experience of each member for the benefit of their clients. Alan and his team deliver an array of services to aid in the ownership and operation of the commercial real estate in both local and national markets.
Before Commercial Real Estate, Alan was a successful entrepreneur, business owner, and community leader. His printing and graphics company, DiFatta Graphics grew to become the largest high-end commercial printer in the Santa Clarita Valley and was voted Best Business by the Valley Industry Association. Alan was involved in many community non-profits and was twice elected President of The Valley Industry Association. Seeing the change in print, Alan sold DiFatta Graphics and started Dangling Carrot, a high-end large format printing, and design company. Today Dangling Carrot has 3 locations and is the leading large format company in the movie industry.
Alan started his real estate career as a bucket list item that needed to be checked. His background in sales, marketing, print, and graphics as well as his status within the community was a perfect fit to start his new venture, DiFatta Real Estate, as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Within a year of starting, Alan was the buyer’s broker for a 400 acre Country Club. At that point, Alan started project and property management. In 2018 Alan moved his entire team to Spectrum Commercial Real Estate, Inc., affording new opportunities and unique services to their clients, representing both landlord and tenants.
Alan and his team deliver a comprehensive directory of commercial real estate services, including Strategic Planning and Consulting, Site Selection, New Construction Development, Investment Sales, Leasing, Project Management, Finance, Valuation, and Portfolio Sales.
Alan attended Cal State University, Northridge and majored in Business Administration.
